SSR Usage in Reservation System

SSR Code List When these SSR Codes are entered in the PNR of the passenger by the travel agent or the airline, it updates all the information in the passenger’s booking and this message is also saved in the airline’s operation system.

• SSR Code can be used only at GDS.
• And only the ground staff can view all the services through SSR.
• After this, the cabin crew is given the list of names of all the passengers along with all the information regarding all the Special Requests through a print out or a digital system.
• If you request for a different type of food, its information is given to the Catering team present in the flight through the airline.
